➤ DETAILED SPECS

Each photo puzzle measures approximately 11"x8.5" (for 120 pieces) or 5"x7.5" (for 12 pieces). They are glossy and vibrant. Puzzle will come put together in a cellophane clear sleeve. No customization options other than name and color.

Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Standard shipping is through USPS (United States Postal Service) and typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive within the continental United States. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates, nor will we offer refunds in the instance that an item does not make it on time.

➤ RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Since all items are made to order we do not accept returns/exchanges, unless a mistake was made on our end (sent the wrong item). If your item arrives damaged please send us photos within 48 hours of arrival so we can file a dispute with USPS. If you did not add shipping insurance to your order during checkout, Graceless Label nor USPS are liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
