Map is made from unfinished wood and states+'sales map' text are made of your choice of material. Business name is engraved in-house with a laser. Available in two sizes: 10"x6.5" or 17"x11". Small stand is included to use as a desktop display, but you may also hang on wall with command strips (not included).

➤ SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please refer to the "shop info" box on our homepage for most current turnaround time. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Standard shipping is through USPS (United States Postal Service) and typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive within the continental United States. Again, those 3-5 business days do not include turnaround time. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates, nor will we offer refunds in the instance that an item does not make it on time.

Due to different computer monitors and phone screens, colors may vary slightly. This is due to a difference in color calibration. 

➤ RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Since all items are made to order we do not accept returns/exchanges, unless a mistake was made on our end (sent the wrong item). If your item arrives damaged please send us photos within 48 hours of arrival so we can file a dispute with USPS. If you did not add shipping insurance to your order during checkout, Graceless Label nor USPS are liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
