New Home Custom Ornament

➤ ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

This ornament makes a unique gift for any new home owner! Can be made out of wood or mirrored acrylic in English or Spanish. *Due to the unique nature of wood, product may have variations in color, wood grains, and knots thus possible differences from one piece to the next. 

➤ DETAILED SPECS

Wooden ornaments are laser cut from 1/8" Maple (or Baltic Birch depending on availability at the time), darkly engraved (no vinyl!), and sealed with a low VOC finish.

Mirrored acrylic is 1/8" thick and comes in a variety of colors. Each ornament measures slightly above 3 inches in height not including the ribbon. Ribbon will be a white frayed edge chiffon that will be made a little extra long so you can cut to your preference if needed.

These are NOT toys and should not be left with unsupervised babies/children. These are also fragile and may not withstand being dropped.

➤ SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please refer to info bar at the top of our site for most current turnaround time. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Standard shipping is through USPS (United States Postal Service) and typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive within the continental United States. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates, nor will we offer refunds in the instance that an item does not make it on time.

➤ RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Since all items are made to order we do not accept returns/exchanges, unless a mistake was made on our end (sent the wrong item). If your item arrives damaged please send us photos within 48 hours of arrival so we can file a dispute with USPS. If you did not add shipping insurance to your order during checkout, Graceless Label nor USPS are liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
