1. After placing your order, email us your print-ready PNG gang sheet files (300 DPI with transparent backgrounds) to shop@gracelesslabel.com .. Please make sure to include your Order # in the subject line.

➤ DETAILED SPECS

Our transfers are made in-house using professional grade, biodegradable, environmentally-friendly inks. These long lasting transfers are vibrant, soft, and work on any fabric type and color.

➤ DTF TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS 
1. Set your heat press to 320°F and ensure to use medium to high pressure.
2. Place the transfer face up on the garment. Cover it with a greaseproof sheet for protection. Teflon sheets are perfect for this!
3. Press the transfer for 15 seconds.
4. Let the transfer cool before peeling.
5. Once the transfer has cooled, peel the backing from one corner to check if the design has adhered to the fabric. If it has stuck, slowly peel off the remaining backing. If not, repress for an additional 15 seconds.
6. After removing the backing, add your teflon sheet and heat press the design for an additional 10 seconds to ensure the print fully bonds to the fabric.

Please refer to info bar at the top of our site for most current turnaround time. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Standard Shipping is through USPS (United States Postal Service) and typically takes 3 - 5 business days to arrive within the continental United States. If you need an order shipped to you sooner, please don’t hesitate to contact me prior to ordering just to make sure it’ll get to you on time!

➤ COLOR/QUALITY DISCLAIMER

Due to different computer monitors and phone screens, colors may vary slightly. This is due to a difference in color calibration. To ensure high quality DTF images, please make sure to upload high resolution images on a transparent background. Screenshots, Snapchat, blurry, pixelated, or small photos will result in low quality prints.

➤ RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Since all items are made to order we do not accept returns/exchanges based on color/size discrepancies unless the mistake was made on our end (sent the wrong color/design/size). If your item arrives damaged please send photos within 48 hours of arrival so we can file a dispute with USPS.
